Base for~mInIsTaRt

Here you go ~mInIsTaRt I hope you like it! I originally did the picture freestyle but my computers hard drive blew and I needed to get a new one. I lost all of my art including the original of the pic above.
Programs used
Easy Paint tool Sai
and paint so I could get deviantart to reconize it
estimated time about half an hour
